Its no secret but legal fees are more and more becoming a factor in any contingency factored by clients when submitting tenders on projects.
While legal services cannot be avoided completely and seeking legal advice is necessary, we look to assist our clients to better administer and manage its contracts during implementation by providing its staff with training to better understand the likely issues that may arise during contract negotiation, contract administration and keep clients’ staff up to date with the law. Our training has a proven track record with clients by minimising disputes because staff have a better understanding of the common issues that arise and how to pre-emptively avoid them.
Our training programs vary from simple boardroom briefings to carefully considered and planned seminars conducted with practical work shops and presentations over various topics of choice. Our training adopts a practical and team approach where not only do we lecture but we also work with the attendees with mock up problems that attendees can interactively discuss and resolve together.
